How to Lodge Your MDV Warranty Claim

IACS acts as the primary point of contact for MDV warranty service requests. To formally initiate a claim, please follow the steps below:

  1. Obtain the Claim Form: Download the official Warranty Service Request form.

  2. Gather Necessary Documentation: To process your claim efficiently, you must provide:
    • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original purchase invoice.
    • Unit Details: The Model Number and Serial Number of both the indoor and outdoor unit.
    • Installer Details: The name and contact information of the qualified installer, including their ARC Licence number (as installation by a qualified and licensed installer is required for warranty validity).
  3. Complete the Form: Fill out all required fields, including a clear and accurate description of the fault.
  4. Submit the Claim: Send the completed Warranty Service Request form, along with your supporting documentation (proof of purchase, maintenance records if applicable), to the central support email address mdvwarranty@iacs.com.au

Important Note: By submitting the request, you acknowledge that if the service agent determines the fault is either installation-related or not covered by the standard warranty conditions, all associated costs, including service call-out fees, will be invoiced to you.
